Julian Buschmaas is the host of Talent Talks and the CEO and co-founder of be/impact. With a background in management consulting at BCG and Roland Berger, he now works with businesses to help employees build skills in a more practical, human way. Through be/impact, he helps organisations turn learning into action by enabling employees to reinforce what they learn through teaching nonprofits and impactful startups.

Julian brings together experience across consulting, international development and entrepreneurship. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University and a master’s in International Development from the London School of Economics. Before founding be/impact, he also worked with the UN on digital inclusion. Across Talent Talks, he explores how leaders can build stronger cultures, better learning, and more purposeful workplaces.
